Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of Apple’s backbone network.
- Build and maintain software, hardware, and tooling used to configure and monitor the network environment.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Teamcenter environments.
- Develop infrastructure solutions for globally distributed, highly available systems.
- Troubleshoot large-scale infrastructure and networking issues.
- Apply DevOps practices to Apple’s cloud network infrastructure.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming with Python, Bash, Go, Java, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Proficiency in Linux, networking concepts, and troubleshooting in large-scale environments.
- Experience with AWS or GCP and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with Deployment Center, Jenkins, or similar tools for Teamcenter CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as Oracle or MongoDB.
- Exposure to event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with security and authentication technologies including OAuth, SAML, or SSO.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent years of work experience.
