Base Salary
$190k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype and ship AI-powered solutions to validate ideas.
- Own problems end-to-end from idea conception to production.
- Build tools that automate workflows and enhance decision-making.
- Operate across the stack, including backend services and APIs.
- Integrate AI capabilities into workflows for reliability and efficiency.
- Run feedback loops to test and iterate based on real usage data.
- Develop reusable patterns and tooling for faster experimentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building production systems as a backend or full-stack engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Python for production systems and data workflows.
- Ability to independently drive loosely defined problems to outcomes.
- Strong experimentation and analytical skills for designing and evaluating frameworks.
- Generalist builder comfortable across product engineering, data, and infrastructure.
- Customer and product intuition to understand workflows and pain points.
- Curiosity to learn new tools and frameworks in the evolving AI landscape.
