Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and troubleshoot custom software solutions and application components.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical and team decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems across the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvement efforts to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their integration into project workflows.
- Contribute to requirements gathering, sprint planning, execution, and delivery of business-aligned solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM.
- Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.
- Strong experience designing and developing custom software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Ability to work in agile development environments and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
- Skill in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
