Responsibilities
- Triage privacy and security incidents, identify facts, involve relevant stakeholders, and assess impact.
- Mitigate and remediate privacy and security vulnerabilities based on incident findings.
- Identify, document, and remediate root causes and contributing factors.
- Apply technical analysis to ensure incidents do not recur.
- Build AI agents and agent pipelines to discover, prevent, and remediate vulnerabilities and privacy issues.
- Proactively identify vulnerabilities across Meta’s products and infrastructure using an adversarial mindset.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in technical privacy, security, or security software engineering, including incident response, application privacy/security, or offensive security.
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and remediating real-world privacy or security threats.
- At least 1 year of software engineering experience coding in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++, or an equivalent language, including code maintenance and review.
- A B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
- Experience with responsible and ethical AI practices, corporate communication of technical issues, large-scale incident management, AI workflow optimization, prompt/context engineering, or agent orchestration is preferred.
- Technical contributions to the privacy or security community are preferred.
