Base Salary
$125k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with non-technical stakeholders to understand workflows and identify high-impact automation opportunities.
- Build and rapidly ship AI-powered automations and internal tools using platforms, scripts, APIs, LLMs, agents, RAG patterns, and prompt design.
- Harden prototypes with reliability, observability, error handling, monitoring, documentation, and reusable architecture for production use.
- Coach non-technical colleagues and citizen developers through reviews, working sessions, office hours, and shared documentation.
- Create reusable prompt libraries, integration patterns, automation templates, and shared frameworks.
- Partner with Engineering and IT on durable automation platform decisions and roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- Track record of building and shipping automations, internal tools, or AI-powered workflows with measurable business impact.
- Strong fluency with LLMs, agents, RAG, prompt design, APIs, scripts, and no-code or low-code platforms.
- Ability to translate business problems into clear technical solutions and communicate tradeoffs to non-technical audiences.
- Resourcefulness, rapid prototyping ability, and judgment about when solutions need to be scaled for broader organizational use.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to coach others.
- Comfort pulling, cleaning, and reasoning about data.
- Experience in internal tools, RevOps, BizOps, applied AI, or supporting and training non-technical builders is preferred.
Benefits
- Salary range is $125,000-$190,000 USD for candidates located in the US and $110,000-$160,000 CAD for candidates located in Canada.
