Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Rebuild the working product into scalable agentic infrastructure capable of handling real production load.
- Design and own the agent runtime, including orchestration, memory, verification, and trustworthy, auditable AI workforce systems.
- Develop across backend, infrastructure, frontend, and agent systems end to end.
- Set the technical architecture, engineering standards, and team-building practices from the beginning.
- Ship product updates to business customers weekly.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of production software development experience, or an equivalent track record as a founder or solo builder.
- Hands-on experience building and operating LLM or AI agent systems in production for real users.
- Full-stack capability spanning backend, infrastructure, and user interfaces.
- Experience turning prototypes into production infrastructure, including architecture, data modeling, runtimes, and orchestration.
- Prior ownership of technical decisions as a founder, early hire, or solo technical lead.
- Founder instincts or founder experience are strongly preferred.
- Depth in agent orchestration, memory, evaluations, verification systems, or multi-agent workflows is a differentiator.
- Strong computer science fundamentals or experience at a well-regarded engineering company is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and breadth as the first hire on an in-person founding team.
