Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, enhance, and support Infor Syteline applications.
- Develop and maintain .NET/C# solutions within the Syteline ecosystem.
- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Support application integrations, issue resolution, production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Analyze manufacturing processes and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure application stability and performance across multiple environments.
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Infor Syteline (CSI), including implementation, customization, support, or enhancement projects.
- Strong proficiency in .NET/C# development and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Understanding of manufacturing business processes, including Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock models.
- Experience in techno-functional roles supporting ERP applications.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Preferred: experience with global ERP environments, manufacturing and supply chain operations, application support, and production environments.
- Ability to work independently and interact with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts supporting global operations.
