Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define enterprise architecture standards, reference architectures, and reusable patterns for AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Architect solutions using Snowflake Cortex, AWS AI services, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Establish patterns for agent orchestration, tool execution, memory management, human-in-the-loop workflows, and single- and multi-agent systems.
- Lead AI proof-of-concepts and evaluate AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms.
- Design RAG, semantic search, vector search, and enterprise knowledge architectures.
- Define AI observability, governance, monitoring, auditability, security controls, and guardrails.
- Create reusable implementation patterns aligned with enterprise cloud, data, integration, and security strategies.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, governed, resilient, and production-ready.
- Present architecture recommendations, trade-offs, and roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise, AI, data, or cloud architecture roles.
- 5+ years designing and implementing AI, ML, Generative AI, or advanced analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, context management, AI guardrails, and evaluation techniques.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases and search, semantic retrieval, and knowledge solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with Snowflake Cortex AI, Cortex Agents, Cortex Search, Snowpark, RBAC, and governed data access.
- Strong AWS architecture experience with Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock Agents, Knowledge Bases, Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, EventBridge, S3, and DynamoDB.
- Experience with data lakes, lakehouses, semantic layers, APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and serverless architectures.
- Knowledge of AI governance, observability, security, auditability, Responsible AI, and sensitive data protection.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and LlamaIndex.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise-scale multi-agent AI platform design, metadata management, governance and enterprise knowledge platforms, consulting, product strategy, enterprise transformation, and AWS, Snowflake, or related architecture certifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- The disclosed base salary range is $155,000-$165,000, with potential eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
