Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform manual functional, regression, smoke, integration, and UAT testing for web and mobile applications.
- Log, track, prioritize, and manage defects in Jira with clear reproduction steps.
- Maintain and execute automated test scripts using Katalon Studio and/or TestComplete.
- Update object repositories and name mappings, and create small reusable keywords, functions, or scripts.
- Conduct basic REST API testing using Postman or Katalon.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and Product Owners in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Contribute to QA process improvement, documentation, and test data management.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of QA testing experience with strong manual-testing experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices.
- Hands-on test automation experience with Katalon Studio using basic Groovy or Java custom keywords and/or TestComplete using JavaScript, VBScript, or Python.
- Experience with API testing using Postman or REST; basic SQL knowledge is advantageous.
- Intermediate English proficiency and effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and willing to balance manual testing with automation tasks.
- Nice-to-have experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Xray, or Zephyr.
