Base Salary
$155k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Communicate with product leads to identify improvements to current and future technology solutions.
- Work with the Search and Distribution Infrastructure Lead to deliver strategic business objectives and platform improvements.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
- Adapt solutions to evolving business-unit requirements involving hybrid search, data pipelines, and Research content distribution.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive proofs of concept and deploy scalable AI-integrated solutions.
- Build solutions involving LLM integration, RAG, agent orchestration, tool integration, and workflow automation.
- Champion AI-integrated software development lifecycle practices and cloud technology adoption.
- Promote enterprise standards for scalability, reliability, security, observability, and governance.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
- Advanced understanding of the business line and discipline, with knowledge of the competitive environment and related disciplines.
- Experience with LLM integration, agentic systems, RAG, MCP, A2A, tool integration, workflow automation, LangChain, LangChain4j, and LangGraph.
- Experience with Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Azure, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, Datadog, Elastic, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and GitHub Actions.
- Strong Core Java experience with Spring Boot, Spring AI, and Spring Cloud.
- Experience with Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, Postgres, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with VS Code, Cursor, or IntelliJ, including AI model integrations where applicable.
- Python proficiency with FastAPI, Flask, or Django, plus working knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript.
- Strong debugging, communication, problem-solving, independent working, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Finance business understanding.
