Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and scale multi-agent orchestration systems and autonomous workflows.
- Build and optimize advanced RAG and GraphRAG pipelines across structured and unstructured datasets.
- Implement state management, short- and long-term memory, self-correction, and reflection loops for agent networks.
- Create evaluation metrics, observability pipelines, and guardrails for quality, hallucination reduction, bias mitigation, and safety.
- Optimize inference cost, latency, throughput, token usage, and system reliability.
- Implement access controls, encryption, authentication, and prompt-injection mitigation across LLM workflows.
- Develop reusable agent patterns, prompt libraries, and engineering components and share them across technical teams.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product owners in a product-focused engineering environment.
Requirements
- Advanced experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG or GraphRAG, schema-constrained outputs, function or tool calling, and semantic caching.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, and DSPy.
- Experience with vector databases including FAISS, Milvus, Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, and Pgvector.
- Experience with LLM serving and infrastructure such as vLLM, Hugging Face TGI, Ollama, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon OpenSearch Service, and AWS Step Functions.
- Experience with guardrails, validation, LLM operations, observability, data parsing, and Python-based services.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, OpenTelemetry, FastAPI, and asyncio.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol and Agent2Agent communication standards.
- Demonstrated ownership of ambiguous tasks, delivery of small to medium initiatives, technical mentoring, knowledge sharing, and strong technical communication.
- Clinical-trial document automation, CDISC, regulatory submissions, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and ICH familiarity are advantageous.
