Responsibilities

  • Design and develop full-stack web applications for HR and employee-experience products.
  • Build reliable APIs and integrations connecting digital products to enterprise systems.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable code and technical documentation, including ADRs and RFCs.
  • Build CI/CD pipelines and support application observability through logging, metrics, and monitoring.
  • Participate in sprint cycles, peer code reviews, user engagement, and issue resolution.
  • Share engineering practices through internal technical blogs and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

  • Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, software design principles, and basic database concepts.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot, React, and Python for modern web application development.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as MSSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with search engines such as Elasticsearch.
  • Familiarity with observability tooling and frameworks such as OpenTelemetry.
  • Experience integrating LLM and agentic AI capabilities is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise HCM systems, particularly integrations with custom-built applications, is advantageous.
  • Singapore citizenship is required.
