Base Salary
$144k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of CI/CD principles to enhance software delivery processes.
- Regularly review and refine CI/CD principles in an iterative manner.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on the development and operation of CI/CD tools and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to create and sustain pipeline configurations.
- Implement process automation to streamline and minimize manual efforts.
- Maintain open communication with product teams to understand their software build and deployment requirements.
- Champion AI-augmented ways of working across engagements.
Requirements
- Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance OR be SCI eligible.
- Must live within commutable driving distance to Tampa, Florida several days per week.
- 6+ years of experience in cloud/platform operations or related roles, or a recent PhD in a technical field.
- Experience in developing and implementing CI/CD pipelines with security and compliance measures.
- Proficiency in GitHub Actions or equivalent software.
- Strong scripting skills in any programming language.
- Ability to manage infrastructure assets including networks, servers, and databases.
- Knowledge of software packaging tools and version control tools.
- Experience with cloud providers like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Familiarity with security and monitoring tools.
- Full-stack development experience and strong API development background.
- Comfortable operating in Linux environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a preference for pair programming.
- Proficient in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and agile methodologies.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
