Base Salary
$113k - $183k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure full-stack solutions.
- Define application architecture across frontend, backend, integration, and data layers.
- Design, code, review, and provide hands-on technical leadership for critical components and shared frameworks.
- Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and practices for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Lead DevOps, CI/CD, automation, testing, and quality engineering practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor engineers and guide teams through complex architectural and technical decisions.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and enterprise IT partners.
- Design and implement software interfaces, integration patterns, and technology bridges with customer and partner systems.
- Lead testing strategies including functional, volume, load, and performance testing.
Requirements
- Experience designing and delivering solutions within the Azure ecosystem, including Azure DevOps.
- Deep expertise in .NET-based full-stack architecture and technology selection.
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of secure-by-design development principles and application security best practices.
- Experience working in or leading product-centric, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead architecture and design for major or multiple products and evaluate architectural tradeoffs.
- Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, critical-thinking, and stakeholder-influence skills.
