Base Salary
$131k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build product features that drive activation, engagement, and cross-team expansion.
- Develop full-stack experiences using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and GraphQL.
- Improve user onboarding, feature discovery, and product education.
- Create third-party connections that allow other products to integrate with Amplitude.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, GTM, and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver impact.
- Use data to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
- Use AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining system understanding.
- Improve the quality, reliability, and maintainability of the codebase.
Requirements
- Strong experience with modern web technologies, especially React, Node.js, and GraphQL.
- Ability to break down complex problems and own features from idea through release.
- Product-minded approach with attention to user experience and customer impact.
- Comfort using data to make product decisions and working through ambiguity.
- Clear, proactive, and empathetic cross-functional communication.
- Motivation to build systems that drive user success and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude to accelerate development without replacing system understanding.
- Preferred experience with product-led growth or expansion initiatives, in-product education, onboarding, integration surfaces, enterprise users, experimentation or A/B testing platforms, and cross-functional or GTM initiatives.
