Base Salary
$131k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build features that drive activation, engagement, and cross-team expansion
- Work across the full stack using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and GraphQL
- Build onboarding, feature discovery, and product education experiences
- Create third-party connections that allow other products to integrate with Amplitude
- Collaborate with Product, Design, GTM, and engineering partners to prioritize and deliver work
- Use data to identify opportunities and measure outcomes
- Use AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining system understanding
- Improve the quality, reliability, and maintainability of the codebase
Requirements
- Strong experience with modern web technologies, especially React, Node.js, and GraphQL
- Ability to break down complex problems and own features from idea through release
- Product-minded approach with attention to user experience and customer impact
- Comfort using data to make product decisions and working through ambiguity
- Clear, proactive, and empathetic cross-functional communication
- Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude to accelerate development
- Product-led growth or expansion experience is a bonus
- Experience building in-product education, onboarding, or integration surfaces is a bonus
- Comfort designing for enterprise users and scaling systems across diverse organizational structures is a bonus
- Understanding of experimentation and A/B testing platforms is a bonus
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or working closely with GTM partners is a bonus
