Base Salary
$187k - $233k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect internal tools and libraries for test automation and benchmarking.
- Define and evolve quality strategies for testability, release readiness, performance, and reliability.
- Drive cross-organizational quality initiatives to enhance execution speed and observability.
- Identify systemic risks in critical systems and implement validation strategies.
- Mentor engineers and influence design for testability across the organization.
- Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to align testing priorities with business objectives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software with a focus on building test automation frameworks.
- Expertise in design principles applied to test architecture.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills, preferably in Java.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD systems.
- Strong understanding of data engineering and large-scale distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives across multiple teams.
