Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions supporting payroll systems.
- Drive integration and software development activities involving ADP Global View and SuccessFactors.
- Participate in and lead code reviews.
- Analyze and resolve system issues affecting hardware and software.
- Develop technical HR and payroll solutions with Scrum teams using SAP HCM technology.
- Support business partners in implementing end-to-end integrations between SuccessFactors and ADP Global View Payroll.
- Configure and test SaaS extensions, internally developed programs, and integrations.
- Evaluate and implement solutions that improve software cost, quality, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure features meet business needs.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with integration technologies such as Python, CPI, GitHub, AWS tools, and Databricks.
- Experience designing, integrating, developing, and testing mid-complex software solutions.
- Understanding of application development, databases such as EDL, data management, and infrastructure capabilities.
- Understanding of HR/labor relations, time, and payroll processes.
- Ability to apply engineering principles and concepts to designs.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills, with openness to working with global product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related career field.
- Preferred experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM integrations, non-SAP applications, system execution and quality monitoring tools, change management, and collaboration with multiple business stakeholders.
