Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and architects to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow.
- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party connectors.
- Lead and mentor junior Salesforce developers on coding standards, design patterns, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in technical planning, estimation, and code reviews.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and meet security and performance requirements.
- Support data migration, sandbox deployment, and production rollout.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency with Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, and Salesforce DX.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and governor limits.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, and Jenkins.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
- Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, JavaScript Developer I, Sharing & Visibility Designer, Integration Architect, Application Architect, System Architect, Admin, or Advanced Admin certifications are preferred or bonus qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with public-sector clients or regulated environments, Community Cloud/Experience Cloud, Data Loader, deployment tools, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or Salesforce AppExchange packages is preferred.
