Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of customer-focused software solutions and solve complex technical challenges with substantial autonomy.
- Build full-stack features using React, Redux, C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server.
- Refactor complex monolithic systems while balancing legacy WebForms with modern distributed architectures on AWS.
- Research, prototype, and adopt AI-assisted development tools and automated agents.
- Participate in an on-call roster and incident response to support product reliability.
- Influence engineering direction through data-informed decisions, architectural improvements, mentoring, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise with C#, ASP.NET Core, modern frontend frameworks such as React, and SQL Server data modelling.
- Experience architecting, implementing, and refactoring distributed systems using REST APIs on AWS.
- Experience integrating AI tools and automated agents into production environments to redesign workflows.
- Solid grounding in CI/CD concepts, automated tooling, and test-driven development principles.
- Ability to mentor and coach others while constructively challenging design decisions.
- Experience building SDKs and internal libraries for use by other engineering teams.
