Responsibilities
- Implement new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities aligned with enterprise priorities and operational requirements.
- Enhance existing ServiceNow modules to improve workflow automation, data quality, transparency, and user experience.
- Integrate ServiceNow with FAA enterprise systems, tools, and data repositories to support interoperability and a unified system of record.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and design integration solutions aligned with digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Apply Agile SDLC practices to deliver ServiceNow enhancements and integrations iteratively.
- Support business process reengineering and standardization to increase the value of integrated ServiceNow solutions.
- Prepare documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition materials, and training resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and 9 years of experience, including 7–9 years of relevant ITSM and ServiceNow experience.
- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems.
- Ability to obtain and hold a Public Trust Clearance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder with 3 years of residency.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications are strongly preferred.
- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with supporting FedRAMP-authorized software is preferred.
