Base Salary
$230k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build product experiences and APIs that enhance user interaction with language models.
- Create data integrations across various scientific databases and internal tools.
- Develop evaluation systems to assess user outcomes and product effectiveness.
- Design trust and transparency features to improve user confidence in model outputs.
- Transform complex research tasks into clear, actionable product experiences.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in building end-to-end systems.
- Fluency with language models and understanding of their prompting and evaluation.
- Ability to translate fuzzy user problems into concrete solutions.
- Excitement for solving creative and difficult problems.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
