Responsibilities
- Develop, document, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases, scripts, and test data for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional, GUI, regression, retesting, integration, user acceptance, production sanity, data migration, and data flow testing.
- Manage defects, maintain the Requirement Traceability Matrix, perform root cause analysis, and create quality improvement action plans.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and processes through documentation and workshops, and recommend solutions to customer challenges.
- Support project delivery planning, sprint planning, team coordination, stand-up meetings, customer calls, and retrospectives.
- Create training materials and conduct user training sessions and workshops.
- Configure and manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, accounts, contacts, record types, sharing rules, custom objects, page layouts, reports, and list views.
- Develop management dashboards to track key performance parameters.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of quality assurance experience, with significant experience in Salesforce environments.
- Basic Salesforce administration knowledge, including user management, security settings, customization, reporting, and list view configuration.
- Ability to query, extract, and upload data in systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, MBA, MCA, or M.Tech qualification.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Process Builder and Apex is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
