Base Salary

$145k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Build conversational agents, AI-enabled workflows, RAG and enterprise grounding patterns using Dataverse, Microsoft 365, APIs, databases, and approved repositories.
  • Develop agent actions, custom connectors, integrations, and supporting services using Power Automate, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and other approved technologies.
  • Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
  • Design and consume REST APIs and develop integrations for internal and third-party systems.
  • Implement human-in-the-loop controls, approvals, escalation paths, safeguards, identity and authorization controls, and responsible AI protections.
  • Implement AI-assisted document processing, extraction, classification, summarization, search, knowledge retrieval, and workflow automation.
  • Establish testing, evaluation, monitoring, operational visibility, usage tracking, performance measurement, and cost controls for AI solutions.
  • Support application lifecycle management, source control, automated deployments, testing, and established CI/CD processes.
  • Document AI patterns, integrations, prompts, agent configurations, architecture decisions, lessons learned, and reusable components.
  • Evaluate new Microsoft AI and Power Platform capabilities and assist with prototypes and production transitions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Significant professional experience developing production business applications, integrations, automation, AI solutions, or related enterprise technologies.
  • Recent hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or comparable enterprise conversational or agent development technologies.
  • Experience with generative AI, large language models, RAG, enterprise knowledge grounding, or AI-enabled workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, authorization, and system integration.
  • Professional development experience with Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Experience with Azure services used to extend enterprise applications and AI solutions.
  • Understanding of identity, role-based access, secure application development, and enterprise data protection.
  • Experience moving solutions through Development, Test/UAT, and Production environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex solutions spanning Power Platform, AI services, APIs, Azure components, and enterprise data sources.
  • Ability to evaluate technical requirements, identify tradeoffs, and explain recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, RAG, vector search, embeddings, semantic search, AI agent orchestration, tool or function calling, multi-agent systems, event-driven agent workflows, Azure services, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365, Dataverse plugins, custom APIs, PCF controls, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Power Platform ALM, governance, Managed Environments, DLP policies, Microsoft Purview, Power BI, Fabric, Databricks, Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence, Dynamics 365, and regulated or security-conscious environments.
