Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Analyze system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Capture requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, gather feedback, and support customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming and engineering skills.
Requirements
- 5 –8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory machine learning skills.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, modifying, and maintaining software programs.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software feasibility.
- Ability to develop test cases, automate validation, troubleshoot defects, and perform root cause analysis.
- Ability to document technical solutions and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated competencies in client centricity, execution excellence, collaborative working, learning agility, problem solving, decision making, and effective communication.
