Responsibilities

Develop applications that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Design software components and individual programs.
Create unit tests and follow design and coding standards.
Maintain system documentation and provide production support as needed.
Collaborate with architects, product managers, project managers, subject matter experts, business partners, clients, and end users.
Review technical designs and specifications and recommend solutions to complex business problems.
Apply software development methodologies based on project needs.
Contribute to continuous improvement, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.
Align risk and control processes with daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk.

At least 4 years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Current knowledge of relevant development methodologies, tools, programming languages, and the employee's specialist area.
Strong collaboration, communication, conflict-resolution, and continuous-learning abilities.
