Base Salary
$185k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Independently solve problems and deliver high-quality software with minimal or high-level oversight.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify product needs and ship impactful features.
- Partner with engineering, product, design, and other stakeholders to design and architect new features.
- Validate customer needs, gain team alignment, and ship rapid MVPs.
- Deliver performant, reliable, scalable, and secure code.
- Instrument and deploy product experiments using a data-driven approach.
- Monitor, investigate, triage, and resolve production issues for team-owned services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or training.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript or similar languages and frameworks.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ownership from feature design through production release.
- Willingness to collaborate with external stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, improve, and innovate.
