Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end increments from scope through build, demo, and handoff.
- Work across the stack, including frontend, backend, and LLM integrations.
- Utilize coding agents and agentic engineering workflows for rapid development.
- Build correction paths into AI-powered interfaces for user feedback.
- Collaborate with Pre-sales, GTM, and product discovery teams to understand client needs.
- Make scope tradeoffs balancing speed with learning.
- Ensure deliverables are functional, coherent, and user-friendly.
- Run demos, gather feedback, and iterate quickly with clients.
- Identify patterns across projects to create reusable approaches.
- Document builds for handoff, extension, or reuse.
- Contribute to improving team workflows, tools, and shipping methods.
Requirements
- Strong commercial frontend and full-stack development skills.
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience with coding agents and LLM tooling.
- Ability to create compelling prototypes for non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
- Instincts for problem discovery and client-facing confidence.
- Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and context switching.
- Product and UX sensibility for user-centered design.
