Responsibilities
- Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, test data, and test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, application, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and maintain automated tests using Reqnroll/SpecFlow.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Log, track, retest, and communicate software defects.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and support teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, release validation, and production-readiness activities.
- Improve and execute test automation through Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in software testing or test engineering.
- Experience with manual and automated testing.
- Experience with Reqnroll/SpecFlow, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
- Knowledge of test management, defect tracking, scripting, and SQL.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience testing CCS, billing, customer-care, order-management, or other enterprise systems.
- Preferred exposure to mainframe or transaction-processing environments and release validation or production-readiness testing.
