Base Salary
$170k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Influence engineering team strategy and product architecture
- Create technical specifications for upcoming features
- Oversee engineering grooming sessions and delegate feature development estimates
- Develop new product features
- Mentor developing engineers
- Participate in code reviews
- Engage in design reviews, product retrospectives, and other team ceremonies
- Conduct technical interviews with candidates
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience focused on full-stack web development
- Working knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, and MySQL or equivalent technologies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate thoughts and decisions clearly
- Enterprise engineering experience is preferred
- MVC architecture experience is preferred
- Willingness to contribute to the growth of the product, team, and company direction
- Interest in a heavy code contribution role rather than an engineering management position
