Base Salary
$170k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Influence engineering team strategy and product architecture.
- Create technical specifications for upcoming features.
- Oversee engineering grooming sessions and delegate feature development estimations.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Develop new features for the product.
- Participate in code reviews and design reviews.
- Conduct technical interviews to help build the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on full stack web development.
- Strong communication skills to articulate thoughts and decisions.
- Desire to contribute to the growth of the product and team.
- Working knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Vue.JS, and MySQL or equivalent technologies.
- Enterprise engineering experience preferred.
- MVC architecture experience preferred.
