Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead and mentor team members and guide development teams through design and delivery.
- Establish development standards and promote software quality, scalability, performance, and best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate custom software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and serve as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience developing scalable and high-performance custom software solutions.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance to development teams.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- 15 years of full-time education.
