Responsibilities
- Provide consultative business and system integration services for client implementations.
- Translate customer needs and complex business requirements into business and technology solutions.
- Advise on transformation, customer journeys, functional designs, and application designs.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and alignment of integration strategies with business goals.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team collaboration, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and resolve problems across team boundaries.
- Mentor junior team members and recommend improvements to integration processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Test Management.
- Proficiency in Test Management.
- Strong knowledge of integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with integration-related system architecture and design principles.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
