Responsibilities
- Architect and build enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Own complex builds end to end from scoping through deployment and handover.
- Implement integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems using APIs and custom connectors.
- Build AI-powered workflows and intelligent applications using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI.
- Apply governance, environment management, ALM, deployment automation, automated testing, and structured release practices.
- Engage client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and business analysis colleagues on functional and intuitive solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal capability building, reusable assets, and Power Platform community initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum four years of professional experience, including at least two to three years of hands-on Power Platform development.
- Strong proficiency with Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Proven experience delivering Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients.
- Experience with integration patterns, APIs, custom connectors, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
- Understanding of ALM practices, environment management, and solution deployment.
- Agile delivery experience in a consulting or client-facing project environment.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Singaporean citizenship or Singapore permanent residency.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 are preferred.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Automate Desktop, Power Pages, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure OpenAI is preferred.
- Public sector or regulated-industry experience and experience mentoring junior team members are preferred.
