Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and implementation while making team-level technical decisions.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for data integration and transformation processes.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across complex data pipelines.
- Analyze and troubleshoot ETL workflows and resolve defects.
- Establish and enforce development standards for consistency and quality.
- Mentor team members and support their technical growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing, including data integration and transformation testing.
- Experience validating data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across complex data pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot ETL workflows and resolve defects efficiently.
- Familiarity with performance testing and optimization for large-scale data warehouse environments.
- Strong collaboration skills with development and business teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
