Responsibilities
- Develop clean, bulkified Apex for complex business logic, triggers, controllers, asynchronous processing, and unit tests.
- Build and maintain responsive user interfaces with Lightning Web Components.
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using programmatic and declarative features such as Flow.
- Enforce coding standards, manage metadata, and participate in DevOps processes using Git and CI/CD.
- Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Maintain data integrity, performance, and security through Salesforce Shield and sharing models.
- Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to define requirements, explain technical debt, and maintain code quality.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with a deep focus on hands-on development.
- Platform Developer II certification is required.
- Deep expertise in Apex, including triggers, controllers, asynchronous Apex, and comprehensive unit testing.
- Proven ability to build complex, responsive Lightning Web Components.
- Expert understanding of Salesforce declarative capabilities and when to use Flow versus custom Apex.
- Expertise implementing integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and OAuth.
- Advanced understanding of Salesforce Sharing Model, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Field Level Security for code security.
- Ability to work effectively on a small, high-output team and clearly communicate technical solutions, challenges, requirements, and technical debt.
- Application or System Architect certification is a plus.
