Responsibilities
- Manage configuration settings for web and mobile banking platforms to improve performance and user experience.
- Implement configuration changes in compliance with banking regulations and security protocols.
- Gather and refine configuration requirements with product owners.
- Develop and coordinate integration solutions for data flow between digital banking systems and applications.
- Test and validate integration points for performance and security, while documenting processes and technical specifications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues using browser developer tools, log analysis, API inspection, SQL/data checks, and Kubernetes/OpenShift basics.
- Document and track support requests using ticketing systems and collaborate with engineering teams on recurring issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ experience working with SQL databases; PL/SQL expertise is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications in software development, digital banking technologies, or related areas.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across frontend, backend, data, and configuration layers.
- Understanding of web application architecture, browser developer tools, APIs, logging mechanisms, and application deployment and runtime concepts.
- Ability to document complex analysis results, configuration decisions, and technical findings.
- Preferred qualifications include Avaloq Certified Customization Professional certification or equivalent ACP parametrization experience, production experience with Angular or React, and experience deploying, managing, or supporting containerized applications.
