Responsibilities
- Own merchant payment business scenarios end to end across the full payment lifecycle.
- Develop and optimize modules for merchant onboarding, transaction processing, clearing and settlement, revenue sharing, billing reconciliation, fee calculation, and tax invoicing.
- Drive core system optimization and technical upgrades for secure, stable, and efficient operations.
- Improve payment system performance, scalability, and high availability.
- Strengthen financial risk control and industry compliance capabilities.
- Adopt engineering practices and technologies that improve research and development efficiency and business operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java or Go and mainstream backend frameworks, with proven experience in distributed architecture and high-concurrency processing.
- Familiarity with caching, message queues, and databases, along with the ability to independently design and iteratively deliver core system solutions.
- Deep understanding of financial-grade high availability, reliability, and data consistency requirements.
- Experience with stability assurance strategies and fund risk control measures.
- Familiarity with payment business processes and system links is preferred, including the ability to analyze business workflows, capital flows, and information flows.
