Base Salary
$218k - $257k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and security engineering execution for IAM and workforce security platforms.
- Evaluate, design, and implement strategies for workforce Identity Governance and Administration.
- Write high-quality code for scalable automation and custom integrations.
- Conduct comprehensive threat modeling and security architecture reviews.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align security initiatives with business goals.
- Act as the directly responsible individual for complex security initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, security engineering, or systems architecture with a focus on IAM.
- Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python or Go.
- Demonstrated experience implementing complex hybrid IAM infrastructures.
- Deep understanding of Identity Governance and Administration processes.
- Expertise in modern identity protocols and cloud IAM.
- Strong background in applied risk management and zero-trust architecture principles.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
