Base Salary
$173k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define technical requirements for scalable agent architecture.
- Build, test, and deploy AI solutions, including RAG-based systems.
- Ensure technical prerequisites for autonomous operations are met.
- Oversee integration and scaling of AI agents within workflows.
- Conduct validation testing and monitor agent performance.
- Utilize AI actively in day-to-day work and identify improvement areas.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering, AI engineering, or technical architecture.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows.
- Deep understanding of modern AI tech stack and scalable deployment infrastructure.
- Ability to execute complex technical work with limited oversight.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical decisions to non-technical partners.
- Motivated by building reliable, production-ready systems.
