Base Salary
$159k - $254k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and code high-performance backend services and ML pipelines.
- Build and prototype new internal products leveraging LLMs and Agentic AI.
- Develop backend integration between the quoting engine, Salesforce, and data lakes.
- Solve complex synchronization and architectural challenges across the GTM stack.
- Deliver core capabilities that have a broad impact on the organization.
- Anticipate product needs and build flexible backend systems.
- Ensure reliability of GTM tools with deep observability.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in backend languages such as Java, Go, or Python.
- Hands-on experience building LLM agents in a production environment.
- Ability to implement event-driven architectures and manage data flow.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
