Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications using modern tools and frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in technical discussions and make decisions aligned with company goals.
- Ensure software quality and reliability and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate systems across business functions.
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, design documents, user manuals, and other technical documentation.
- Apply current software development technologies and practices to improve products and processes.
Requirements
- Background in Engineering or Computer Science.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience delivering high-quality software products.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, including microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native architectures, and design patterns such as RESTful API, MVC, and MVVM.
- Proficiency with SonarQube, Kubernetes, GitLab, MERN, Spring Boot, and React Native.
- Understanding of software security best practices and vulnerability mitigation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kaban.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Singapore Citizenship, as only Singapore Citizens will be considered.
