Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for content delivery, user interactions, and social features.
- Collaborate with product managers and AI engineers to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to platform architecture decisions.
- Build and iterate quickly on MVPs for creator-facing and internal operations platforms.
- Troubleshoot issues involving correctness, reliability, and system performance.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one major backend language such as Go, Java, or Python.
- Strong foundations in data structures and algorithms, operating systems, networking, and databases.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, communication, ownership, and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity about large-scale systems and eagerness to build them.
- Hands-on Go experience, database familiarity, caching or message queue exposure, real-time systems or media processing experience, and Linux experience are preferred.
