Responsibilities
- Investigate, report, and collaborate on fixing product and service bugs.
- Perform manual acceptance testing and exploratory testing.
- Build and maintain test case documentation.
- Develop and maintain automated tests using modern automation frameworks.
- Test REST and GraphQL APIs and verify data directly in databases using SQL.
- Debug web applications and client-server behavior using HTTP and Browser DevTools.
- Lead QA practices within the team and drive quality assurance standards across Super Dispatch.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and QA teams on development and testing projects.
- Contribute to an autonomous, cross-functional agile product team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of QA experience, including at least 1 year as a QA Engineer in an agile, product-driven environment.
- At least 1 year of experience with testing automation tools.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and the ability to read developers’ code.
- Practical experience with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Pytest.
- Strong SQL skills for validating database data.
- Expertise in API testing, including REST and GraphQL endpoints, with tools such as Postman or cURL.
- Strong understanding of client-server architecture, web applications, browsers, and HTTP.
- Strong knowledge of test design techniques and quality assurance practices.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Advanced English proficiency and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred qualifications include web development programming experience, CI/CD knowledge, experience testing AI/LLMs/chatbots, and logistics or auto-transport domain experience.
