Base Salary
$123k - $191k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to interpret requirements, incorporate feedback, and address design or solution issues.
- Participate in system design, architecture, technical planning, documentation, and project estimation.
- Develop, implement, debug, review, and maintain software code for products, services, and components.
- Create and execute test plans and testing procedures to identify and resolve software defects.
- Respond to support requests during on-call rotations, troubleshoot issues, and deploy fixes under guidance.
- Maintain and improve software availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance.
- Continue developing software engineering skills through training and use of developer tools.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree.
- Preferred experience includes 3 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or more than 2 years with an advanced degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant technology or software systems field and in developing or implementing front-end and back-end web applications.
- Experience with system design, architecture, debugging, troubleshooting, code review, coding standards, test planning, support requests, and software developer tools.
- At least 1 year of experience building and testing enterprise-scale web services.
- At least 1 year of experience working on client-facing projects or technical teams.
- Experience integrating feedback into designs and solution fixes, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with generative AI, including LLM agents, RAG systems, NLP, or AI-assisted investigations, is preferred.
- Experience in compliance is a plus.
