Responsibilities

Develop new backend, frontend, and integration components with an emphasis on clean design, maintainability, and testability.
Analyze business needs and design solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and other roles.
Contribute to architectural decisions and influence the technical direction of the product or domain.
Own solutions end to end, including development, automated testing, deployment, and operational support.
Automate builds, testing, and deployments and improve the performance, security, quality, and operability of systems.
Solve complex technical problems, mentor less experienced colleagues, and share technical knowledge.
Use AI tools to accelerate development and automate manual or repetitive tasks.

Experience with tools such as Postman or Bruno for API testing and integration verification.
Experience working with VS Code or IntelliJ IDEA on test code and scripts.
Ability to analyze logs in Kibana and help resolve issues quickly.
Experience using Git for version control and team collaboration.
Experience integrating automated tests into builds and CI/CD workflows, such as GitHub Actions.
Experience with object-oriented development, ideally using React, Java, or Kotlin.
Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and messaging with Kafka.
Willingness to continuously learn evolving technologies and improve the quality of the assigned product.
Ability to collaborate and communicate across roles, including in English.
Cloud experience is beneficial.
Practical knowledge of container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift is beneficial.
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and automation tools such as GitHub Actions is beneficial.
Additional experience in solution architecture, analysis, testing, security, or performance is beneficial.
