Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical partner to enterprise pharmaceutical customers and drive product engagement, adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Deploy, scale, troubleshoot, and optimize Seqera products across customer cloud and HPC environments.
- Deliver scoped services such as onboarding, pipeline optimization, custom workflow support, and best-practice guidance.
- Lead or support technical syncs, product upgrades, proofs of concept, and customer workshops.
- Explain technical concepts to DevOps teams, engineers, bioinformaticians, wet-lab users, and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience, Pre-Sales, Services, Support, Product, R&D, account, and commercial teams.
- Contribute to engagement tooling and knowledge bases while surfacing customer insights to inform the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience developing and running Nextflow pipelines, including nf-core or custom pipelines.
- Comfort working in Linux command-line environments and scripting with Bash and/or Python.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and GitHub.
- Strong customer orientation, communication, organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise customer experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences; exposure to NGS, RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, genomics, HPC schedulers, cloud batch systems, professional services, AI workflows, or regulated GxP environments.
- Applicants must provide a public code repository and a narrative describing their abilities, growth, and use of AI tools.
