Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, administer, and govern ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Configure and extend ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and server-side scripts using JavaScript.
- Design and support enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, and data sources.
- Support CMDB and CSDM implementations, including data modeling, reconciliation, discovery, and data integrity.
- Enable automation and orchestration to improve service delivery and reduce manual effort.
- Manage platform health, upgrades, patching, release activities, performance, availability, and operational risks across development, test, and production instances.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for service performance, compliance, and risk visibility.
- Gather requirements and deliver technical solutions with product owners, architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery activities, testing, documentation, and technical troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience is typically expected; the preferred ServiceNow experience range is 3–8 years.
- Hands-on experience developing and supporting the ServiceNow platform and enterprise-scale implementations across multiple modules.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, and Glide API.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ServiceNow integrations, REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Working knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, and service data models.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service delivery models and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, and ITIL Foundation v4.
