Responsibilities
- Lead a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies across complex application ecosystems.
- Improve testing processes and methodologies across the software development lifecycle.
- Define, monitor, analyze, and report quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Manage testing activities and support timely defect resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality practices into development processes.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and software testing methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to analyze quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with defect management processes and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on delivering high-quality software products.
- 15 years of full-time education.
