Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain extensible automation scripts and assets using industry best practices and techniques such as data-driven testing.
- Use risk-driven techniques to develop, maintain, and execute automated regression test suites.
- Maintain version control and configuration management for test objects and test environments.
- Develop reusable functions that improve the robustness, reusability, and maintainability of test scripts.
- Contribute to automation framework design under the direction of the Automation Test Architect or Test Manager.
- Work with development teams to understand and challenge application design and reuse test cases, stubs, drivers, and other development test objects.
- Analyze manual UAT test cases, specifications, business processes, and requirements and convert them into automated tests.
- Support Treasury technology solutions across liquidity management, balance management, and liquidity reporting.
Requirements
- 12+ years of total testing experience, including 5+ years of relevant automation experience.
- Strong programming and development skills in Cucumber, Selenium, and Java.
- Strong database and SQL knowledge; Python experience is desirable.
- Hands-on experience with data-driven, keyword-driven, or hybrid test automation frameworks.
- Experience maintaining regression test suites using FitNesse or Selenium.
- Working knowledge of UTF and/or Selenium automation tools.
- Experience with ETL and data warehouse projects or programs.
- Understanding of STLC, current test methodologies, and testing processes.
- Degree or master’s qualification in engineering, software, or a technology-related subject, or equivalent certification and relevant work experience.
- Investment banking, Finance, Risk, Treasury, liquidity, funding, capital, collateral, or related financial-services domain knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, communication, proactive, disciplined, and time-management skills.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while applying responsible judgment to data and AI outputs.
