Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and execute software test plans, automated scripts, and testing programs.
- Debug software products and analyze test results to identify issues and recommend corrective action.
- Write test standards and procedures and maintain documentation of test results.
- Consult with development engineers to resolve software problems.
- Provide feedback for technical appraisals of programming languages, systems, and computational software.
- Ensure quality software integration with scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing functions.
