Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function.
- Drive adoption of innovative testing tools, automation capabilities, and predictive testing approaches.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage and mentor the team, and make team-level decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions across team boundaries.
- Coordinate cross-functional testing strategies with project objectives.
- Configure and integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in automated testing.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with Java for test automation scripting.
- Experience with backend, API, and UI test automation using Selenium.
- Experience with Postman or Rest Assured.
- Experience with Behavior Driven Development using Cucumber.
- Experience configuring automation scripts in a DevOps environment and integrating them with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or equivalent.
- Experience with Git or other version-control tools.
- Experience with relational databases and querying tools such as SQL Server.
